Mom…
It's so hard to speak today, when the heart is heavier than ever before.
It's hard to say goodbye to someone who was the beginning of everything. Who was home.
Because for me – and for all of us – you were home.
Not just a place. Not walls.
But with warmth, security, a look that soothed even when the world seemed too difficult.
Mom is the first word.
First smile.
The first hand we hold when learning to walk.
And you were always that hand.
Even when we were adults.
I remember your voice in the kitchen in the morning.
The smell of dinner that tasted different from any other in the world.
Your patience when you explained something calmly for the hundredth time, even though you were tired yourself.
You never talked about your sacrifice.
You simply loved.
Quietly. Every day. Without conditions.
You taught us not with big words, but by example.
You showed that kindness is strength.
That it is worth helping, even when no one is watching.
That family is something that needs to be cared for – every day.
You were the heart of our family.
The one that beat for everyone, sometimes forgetting about itself.
Today we stand here with pain that cannot be described.
Because how can we come to terms with the fact that we will no longer hear your "everything will be fine"?
How to accept silence where your voice has always been?
But I know one thing.
The love you gave us cannot be taken away.
She stayed in us.
In our gestures.
In the way we care for our own children.
In the words we repeat – exactly as you once spoke to us.
Mom…
Thank you for every day.
For your patience.
For strength.
For always believing in us, even when we didn't believe in ourselves.
If we cry today, it is because we loved.
And if it hurts, it's because you were the most important person to us.
We say goodbye to you with great sadness.
But also with gratitude that we could be Your children.
You will remain in our hearts forever.
In every good decision.
In every warm memory.
In every "mom" that will continue to resound in our silence for a long time.
We love you.
And this love will never go away.

A eulogy is a personal speech delivered during a funeral ceremony—whether secular or religious—that serves to commemorate the life and personality of the deceased. It serves as a form of farewell, but also as a moment of shared mourning for family and loved ones.
You can order a free, personalized funeral speech,
by completing the online form at swiecki-pogrzeb.pl, where after providing the deceased’s details and the most important memories, you will receive the finished text within 24 hours.

Often, a short but concise speech works best. Too long a text can "dampen" the dynamic of the ceremony, while too short a text may fail to convey the importance of the relationship. Therefore, I often prepare two versions: a shorter one and a standard one.
Yes. Reading is often the best and safest option. The key is text layout, font, spacing, and clear pauses – so you get a version ready for stress reading.
